wgsl有类似与glsl的宏定义语法吗？
暂时没有 目前只能自行字符串拼接，社区里也有一些工具尝试提供方便的处理，e.g. https://github.com/toji/wgsl-preprocessor
或者自己写一些简单的模块来做 wgsl 预处理
